And believe me, this really is a worse case scenario. Most of your sites should generate far more.

Especially if you put forth the least bit of promotional effort. But again we help you a great deal here with our built in OPT-IN LEAD CAPTURE (Squeeze page templates, Fly-in ads) tools. By giving you the ability to capture targeted email addresses with your niche sites, we give you incredible marketing leverage. If you are smart you will put some of our content to use in autoresponder sequences in order to stay in touch with your site visitors and become their trusted advisor, even friend.

Once you have a list, or several lists built up, you can send broadcast messages to these lists and generate traffic flow to wherever you want to send them. A new site of yours or perhaps a JV or affiliate product you want to promote for profit. You can cross promoted your sites, do jvs, run subscriber specials -- the income opportunities are virtually limitless!

THE BIG PICTURE

As I stated above, with Niche Marketing if you are looking for a quick buck, you are in the wrong business. Sure, you will make money, and you will make quite a bit of money pretty darn fast, but you are not going to make a million dollars right out of the gate. And here's why.

First of all, you have to realize that each time you add a site it going to take a while for it to be spidered and indexed by the search engines. This isn't much of a problem for NEB users because our built in GOOGLE SITE MAP tool expedites this process with Google, but you still have to be a bit patient when you are waiting for the traffic to start flowing, unless you are going to be proactive in promoting your sites.

(Now, some may question here why we didn't add add a blogging feature into our software. Simple answer. Your blogs should not be located on the same site or server as your niche sites. No problem if you want to use blogs to promote your niche sites. There are numerous blog sites where you can sign up for free that will do a far better job for you than one that we would add as a superfluous feature to our software. AND we have included two terrific blogging software tools in our BONUSES, so you should be all set if you happen to have a hankering for blogging:-)

OK, so let's get back to the big picture. Let's say you have built up several networks of niches and you have a good flow of traffic to them and are earning a steady stream of income, an income that you had never before dreamed possible, what comes next? Do you just keep adding more sites and expanding your niche networks?

Well, this is one solid income plan. The more niche sites and networks -- a.k.a. the more "virtual real estate" you have out there generating automated income for you, the more money you are going to make. Just like "The Donald" in the real world, you can become a Virtual Real Estate Magnate in the virtual world.

There is, however, another income plan that I am sure some of you have thought of. Just imagine yourself as a team player on Donald's show "The Apprentice." I wonder, strategically, which of these income plans you would go with if your assignment was to use the Niche Empire Builder for 2 years and see how much income you could generate. The player that made the most money would win the "Apprenticeship" (hypothetically, of course:-)

Here is the other income plan. You build your niche network of sites with NEB as before, but this time you do some active promoting. Because your goal with this plan is not to hang on to your "virtual real estate," but actually to sell it off once it becomes a truly marketable asset. Depending on the topic or market served, it is not unheard of for thriving Niche Networks, those averaging between 300-500 visitors a day, to sell for as much as $150,000 on Ebay.

Now, before you get too excited about this, I have to state first and foremost: Don't get any wild ideas about RESELLING your niche sites for profit! The sites you create with NEB are yours to profit with as you see fit, BUT you may NOT sell them to others, either as stand alone sites or as networks of sites.

So... your NEB sites do not come with resale or master resale rights. I want to make this point very clear. Above all, they do not come with duplication rights.

This said, however, I want you to be able to make as much money as is humanly possible with your niche properties so... I will still allow you to sell off your NEB created "Virtual Real Estate" for profit, provided...

1. That you ONLY do so with my full knowledge and consent.
2. That you ONLY sell off one network of niche sites at a time.
3. That you use Ebay or some other auction forum.
4. That I receive 25% of the profits from the sale.

I think this is as fair as I can be. Remember, you can always go back and generate more niche sites to replace the ones you sell. Hopefully be the end of June I will have our WOWEbay.com site completed, which will include some type of virtual real estate sales interface.
